FUNCTION OF WORK:To analyze enterprise printing accounts for assigned clients.
LEVEL OF WORK:SUPERVISION RECEIVED:Direct from an OTS Statewide Print Services Supervisor. Other reporting relationships may be approved by SCS.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED:May provide functional supervision over lower-level OTS Statewide personnel. Other reporting relationships may be approved by SCS.
JOB DISTINCTIONS:Differs from OTS Statewide Printing Consultant 4 by the presence of responsibility for analyzing enterprise printing client accounts.
Differs from OTS Statewide Printing Account Analyst 2 by the absence of responsibility for analyzing the largest and/or most complex enterprise printing client accounts.

Reviews printing account historical costs and makes recommendations to clients in order to add value and/or reduce costs.
Establishes and maintains client profiles for color management, data processing, brand management, data schemas, and related requirements.
Serves as a lead for customer principals, buyers, and officials by resolving disputes and supporting relationships.
Oversees the work product of lower-level printing personnel to ensure client satisfaction with enterprise printing services.
Plans and oversees the execution of customer print requests, either for insourcing or through 3rd party suppliers, to ensure the most cost effective means are employed for each request.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Three years of experience in information technology or printing operations.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every fifteen semester hours earned in information technology from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience towards the required experience.
Every six months of vocational or technical school training in information technology will substitute for six months of the required experience.
