Disassembles and repairs locks of all types, replaces worn parts.

Makes keys.

Rekeys locks.

Opens combination and key locks by manipulation or by using power tools.

Keeps records of all types of agency locks and keys issued.

Repairs, opens, and changes combination of locks.

Directs and trains assigned helpers and apprentices.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years of experience or training in the locksmithing trade.
